BOOTCAMP

 

Monday @9:00am

This class is for everyone, from beginners to advanced. You work to your level of fitness. 

This is a great class if you are new to the gy & you are not sure where to start.

Class runs for 45 mins & we keep you guessing with a broad variety each week.

These classes are lots of fun in a group setting.

Some advantages to joining this class:

  • You will gain confidence

  • You will learn how to do exercise correctly

  • You will have somewhere to start

  • You may make new friends

  • You will increase your fitness

  • You will have fun

  • You will work to your own capabilities

AEROBICS

 

Monday @5.00pm

This class runs for 30 mins.

This is an old fashion Aerobics class. 

You stay at your level, you don't need to jump around. 

This is such a fun way to work out & enjoy exercise.

If you enjoy music & dancing then this is one for you.

GLUTES TO THE CORE

Tuesday @5:45pm

This is a fantastic glute & core workout. 

Class can run from 30-40mins & we change it up each week using a variety of different exercise equipment from kettle bells, dumbbells to booty bands. 

These classes are lots of fun

in a group setting & you are gauranteed to feel the burn.

TABATA

 

Wednesday @5.45pm

This class runs for 30 mins.

TABATA is a hiit like focused class  to music. It's an all over body workout, utilizing different gym equipment or just body weight exercises. 

It is different every week, but one thing for sure, you will definitely feel this one & it is very enjoyable.

SPIN CYCLE CLASS

Tuesday & Thursday @5.00pm

โ€‹This is a spin cycle class & runs for 30 mins. You may find the 1st time to be not so fun, but once you continue coming back you will find you cannot live without spin class. We make it fun & quick. It really is a class that you need to try a few times to enjoy it. So many health benefits, you will wonder how you ever lived without it.โ€‹

Boxing Class

You will never not have a great time at boxing.

You do need to worry about boxing gear, as we provide it all. You also do not need a boxing partner, we always have someone to partner with. The health benefits of boxing are endless:

  • Boost cardiovascular health

  • Aids weight loss

  • Decreases stress

  • Lowers blood pressure

  • Increases strength

  • Develop endurance

โ€‹This is a very fun class, so much fun that you forget you are actually exercising. If you enjoy dancing, you will enjoy this class.

It does not matter if you are a newbee, we will walk you through the steps.

There are to many reasons to do this class, but here are a few:โ€‹

Weight Training

Thursday @5:45pm

Weights class runs for about 40 mins. 

It is a fantastic introductory for anyone who hasn't lifted weights before but would like to learn how with correct technique etc.

There are so many benefits to lifting weights, it's impossible to list all. But here are some fantastic reasons why you should:

  • Keeps your bones strong and healthy

  • Staves off disease

  • Regulates insulin and lowers inflammation

  • Improves posture, sleep, mood and energy levels

  • Improves strength and endurance

  • Improves balance and reduces the risk of falls

 Stretch Class

Friday @7:00am
