At Oakey Gym & Fitness Centre, we believe in only the highest standards of physical fitness training.

We were founded back in 2014, with the mission to be a place where anyone can come & get fit, feel healthy, but also feel a part of something bigger.

Our staff members are actively enriching the lives of our members and creating a community of like-minded people who love being healthy, strong and more in touch with their bodies.

We are a fully functional 24 hour gym, catering for people of all ages & fitness levels. For such a small town, we have quite a lot to offer & the size will surprise you.
You will discover after wandering through our website, that we have quite a broad range of group classes, a sauna recovery room, a ladies only area, a kids room, a spin class, a separate cardio room, very large weights area, a beautiful and inviting foyer, a bootcamp area, separate outdoor bootcamp area, toilets and showers, weight loss challenges, outdoor outings, social outings & the list goes on!

So, it doesn't matter if you are new to this or are just ready to take it to the next level, we are here to help you get to where you want to go.

Frequently asked questions
Do you have a creche?
No we don't offer free child minding, however we do have a secure children's room that is adjoined to the women's only room, so they can be easily attended to by the parents.
Fathers also have access to this room.
Are children allowed entry?
Children are allowed to come with parents into the gym but they must be in the secure children's room AT ALL TIMES!
Do you sell supplements?
Yes we do sell a range of supplements. Please contact for more information.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes we do offer personal training, please see the Membership tab for pricing.
Do you offer temporary Gym Memberships for people only staying in Oakey temporarily?
Yes we do, please see the Membership page for all Membership options.
Are the Group Fitness Classes included in the membership fees?
Yes, all classes, excluding the Reformer Pilates class.
Do you run weight loss challenges?
Yes, we try to run at least 3 a year. This will be advertised on our facebook page as well as updated on this website.
Do I need to be a Gym Member to attend the Reformer Pilates class?
No you do not need to be a member. You can book from our FIT BY WIX app.
Is the Reformer Pilates class included in Membership fees?
No, this class is a separate fee of $20 per class or you can buy a bundle. Please see the pilates reformer tab for more information & how to book.
Is there opportunities to join hikes or social outings with other members?
Yes we do arrange other activities outside the gym, this is advertised on our facebook page as well as updated on this website.
