Donna Grey - Owner/Trainer
I have been a personal trainer for 8 years & I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body.

My aim is to help you identify your goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout.

My holistic approach to health & fitness is to inspire you to change your mindset & help you see the true benefits of exercise & maintaining healthy food habits.

There is nothing more empowering than seeing progress as the result of your own hard work & determination.
My goal is to change as many lives as I can through health & fitness, for you to see your full potential & believe in yourself.

Libby Baxter - Trainer
There isn’t a one-size-fits-all model for being healthy, that's why I decided to become a personal trainer. I can certainly relate to the struggles along the way.

Taking this step has & will continue to help me on my own health & fitness journey.
Changing habits & working towards a healthier you is an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make.

Ian Polanski - Trainer
As a certified trainer for 6 years, I offer a wide range of fitness services, training styles & a specialized skill set that I acquired from being in the Australian Army for 30 years.
I have gained a lot of valuable skills in circuit style training, Olympic lifting & strength training. I have been training groups of all ages between one & six people doing resistance training, HIIT, strength & conditioning work & have seen some really positive results for those who are willing to accept a holistic approach to fitness & diet; of mind, body & soul.
I am so grateful for this opportunity to use my fitness training as a tool for helping not just people physically, but also mentally.

My moto is to get rid of the white noise that is stopping you mentally, get up, have a go & give it 100%. You are never too old to just give it a go.

Tremaine Withers- Trainer
As a professional boxing trainer, my passion is to guide the world towards a healthier lifestyle.

I have had my own struggles with weight loss & as a result I know everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations.
​
My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals.
​
I aim to transform not just your body, but also your mind and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

Given my own personal goals as a professional boxer, I don't just guide my clients, I make every step with them.
