We have our 1st two classes of the year, AEROBICS @5pm & TABATA @5:45pm.

At Oakey Gym & Fitness Centre, we believe in only the highest standards of physical fitness training.
We were founded back in 2014, with the mission to be a place where anyone can come & get fit, feel healthy, but also feel a part of something bigger.
Our staff members are actively enriching the lives of our members and creating a community of like-minded people who love being healthy, strong and more in touch with their bodies.
Our holistic approach to fitness is about, not only the physical benefits, but also how a active lifestyle contributes to improving mental health as well.
We are a fully functional 24 hour gym, catering for people of all ages & fitness levels. For such a small town, we have quite a lot to offer & the size will surprise you.
You will discover after wandering through our website, that we have quite a broad range of group classes, a sauna recovery room, a ladies only area, a kids room, a spin class, a separate cardio room, very large weights area, a beautiful and inviting foyer, a bootcamp area, separate outdoor bootcamp area, toilets and showers, weight loss challenges, outdoor outings, social outings & the list goes on!
So, it doesn't matter if you are new to this or are just ready to take it to the next level, we are here to help you get to where you want to go.
Since showing up can be the hardest part, we strive to make sure that everything else is taken care of by us. Visit us and you will see for yourself.
